Established in 1960, Laurentian University is a public university located in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada on 750 acres of pristine woodlands. It is officially bilingual (English and French) and offers more than 175 programs at both the undergraduate and graduate levels of study. Faculty of Management (FoM – formerly School of Commerce) at Laurentian University is a leading business school delivering an EPAS accredited curriculum across its BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration), BAA (Baccalauréat en administration des affaires) and H.B.Com. SPAD (Honours Bachelor of Commerce, Sports Administration) degrees with well-respected scholars leading their fields. At the graduate level, we offer an Masters in Business Administration with a fast-track option for students who qualify with an undergraduate degree in business. Many faculty members use case method learning which has been proven to be effective for career success. There are also experiential learning opportunities through co-op, internships, and study abroad. We attract students from the local area, throughout Ontario, Canada and the world.
Our programs
At the undergraduate level, we offer the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in English and Baccalauréat en administration des affaires (BAA) in French as well as the H.B.Com in Sports Administration (H.B.Com SPAD). At the graduate level, we offer a Master in Business Administration, with a fast-track option for students who qualify with an undergraduate degree in business.
The flexible business administration programs (BBA and BAA), with an option to study part-time, and able take courses online or on-campus. The sports administration program (SPAD) will combine your business degree with the premier sport management program in Canada, which combines training in business with a foundation in sport theory and practical experience in sport management.
